The topic of Ascension has become more popular than ever before.
One thing is clear about the process of ascension - that is it is one of growth and expansion.
Without any internal introspection and observation of ourselves at a core level, it is virtually impossible 
to grow, develop and improve on our levels of consciousness and essentially ascend.
Some people believe that you need to die in order to ascend.
I believe that you can ascend whilst living a human experience upon this earth.
That is the ultimate challenge that we are here for.
